How it all started
My name is Yvonne Lammers, and it’s a pleasure to meet you on my website.
I have been living in France with my family for 20 years,
the last six of which in the Tarn, amidst the beautiful vineyards of the
Gaillacois (Gaillac), part of the Golden Triangle.
For nearly 18 years, I have worked as a self-employed
entrepreneur in France, including five years as a real estate agent at a
French-Dutch agency, giving me in-depth knowledge of the property market.
Over the years, I’ve received many requests for assistance
or advice from newcomers to the area—either during or after purchasing a
property. This made me realize that while demand is high, there is no local
agency offering this kind of personal support.
This is how Tarn Property Guide was born—your personal guide for navigating property purchases in France.
Tarn Property Guide is an independent advisory and support service. I work exclusively for you, the (future) homeowner. I am not a real estate agent and am not affiliated with any agency. Unlike agents, whose work is strictly regulated by law, my focus is solely on guiding and supporting you throughout your property journey.
