Services and rates
The various assistance options are listed below in an overview. If you have specific requests that are not mentioned, please feel free to contact me, and I will provide a customized cotation.
All prices are VAT included, excluding travel expenses by the kilometer.
The listed prices apply to properties with a maximum habitable surface of 200m².
For properties and estates larger than 200m² of habitable surface, please contact me to receive a specified cotation.
Basic € 350.-
- Viewing of a property with the realtor or seller without the presence of the client.
- Photo-video report & detailed report of the property.
- Advice on the condition and renovation needs, if applicable.
On site € 250.-
- Assistance during a property viewing with the seller or realtor in the presence of the client.
- Communication with the realtor or seller on-site and explanation in English.
- Discussing the DPE (Energy Performance Certificate) and Spanc (gray water system) with the seller and providing on-site translation.
Purchase plan € 2900.-
- House check of max 2 properties with report and photos without the presence of the client.
- Assistance during a property viewing of max 2 properties in the presence of the client.
- Reviewing technical reports and providing oral translation of conclusions per section (Diagnostic file, SPANC).
- Reviewing and orally translating the preliminary purchase agreement (compromis de vente).
- Communication between the various parties (buyer, seller, realtor, notary).
- Oral review of the final sale/purchase deed. Presence at the notary’s office during the final transfer if desired.
- After the purchase, arranging utility connections (water, electricity, and possibly internet).
- Taking out insurance for the property (necessary before signing the final deed), opening a bank account if desired (in both cases, the client’s presence may sometimes be required).
Aftersale € 300.-
- Arranging subscriptions for electricity, water, and possibly internet.
- For an additional fee of €150: taking out insurance (necessary before signing the deed), opening a bank account (client’s presence may sometimes be required).
